Nice discovery for an informal Paris meal, bistro-style. We shared the restaurant with several tables of well behaved carpenter apprentices or compagnons which made it rather special. We took the Tartare which was excellent, and a Cotes du Rhone which was drinkable. Desserts were simple but tasty. We will return here, I am sure.

Super restaurant. The personel/seevice is great and very helpful. Especially for foreigners who don't know so good french : the food is very good. It was great to taste some local or french seasonal menu. We were early so there were not so many people so we get meals fast. Dont know how it is when they are more people. Few days earlier we saw a lot of people herr passing by. Even though i think it would be worth waiting. Dishes were delicious.

Conflicted on how to rate this place due to the respect of the place, the quality of the staff and the incredible artwork/architecture displayed. But there I must stop, the regal but outdated menu was more standard than most. The food though seen by the table nearby catered to the welcomed architecture firm/students/members seemed to be higher quality than all the other tables. So why would you not have a fixed menu that served the public? Rather sad we did not enjoy it as much as we could have. I would rate it lower but out of respect I give it for now 4 stars unless I change it later due to carefully calculating my corrections. Speisekarte ansehen
