Very slow service and basic food. Full what appeared to be underaged kids

The staff at this restaurant was terrible and extremely rude. I will never be returning and will be sure to warn all my friends to avoid it as well.

Half of our group left before we could even place our food orders because half of the items on the menu were not available, prompting them to eat elsewhere.

Food took a long time then when it came you had to go back to the bar to get your cutlery. Clearly staff shortage. Friends ordered food for ROFL never came. Cold in there too

It was quite an uncomfortable atmosphere, sat by the door, it was noisey and couldn’t focus properly on my conversation with my friends, drinks were nice but for the time we were there for it wasn’t worth it.

The food took a long time to arrive and was cold. My husband's order was incorrect. We didn't have enough time to complain because we had to go to another restaurant, and the food took so long to come that we had to leave quickly. We will not be returning for the food.

Service was poor. Had a table booked but was standing outside with the bouncer for ages. Was finally taken to our table but noone asked if we wanted drinks and no menus were provided. After 10 mins still no one had come over so we left. Sound levels were pretty deafening too lots of hard surfaces; perhaps they need something to deaden the noise a little.

Popped in before going to the adjacent Vue cinema for some food 2 basic burgers, 2 drinks and a couple of sides came in a little over £40 with slight more than 40 mins wait for food when there was only 1 other table in. It 's a nice little place but not staggeringly good value and if it 's that slow when there 's nobody in there (at half 5 on a thursday) then i 'd hate to see it when it 's busy. It 's a shame really, the food was absolutely fine and well made and the single member of bar staff working was perfectly friendly etc, but that long of a wait when your primary business is people with limited time because they 're going to the cinema next door is pretty unforgivable for me.

Booked a table for food for 8:30, we arrived and took a seat. After 10 minutes no one came over to us so we went to the bar and asked for some food menus for our table, to which they had none avaliable as they were all handed out. After 10 more minutes of waiting they had one spare menu which we had to share between 5 people, but still no one had come to our table to check on us or to take a drinks order. We made a list of our food and drinks order and approched the bar with it, but were told that we were too late and that they had stopped taking orders for food. We had spent half an hour waiting around and trying to figure everything out for ourselves. Very poor service. Unfriendly. Unhelpf...
