we waited very long for eating (about an hour for the appetizers and then another 25-30 minutes for the main thing). eating was really good.

It seems that the person in charge is quite rude. Instead of abruptly addressing issues, he could ask customers for their input on how to enhance their experience.

Everything about this place from the welcome, the atmosphere (including decor and music), the service and the food where A . One of my new favourite places. Thank you for an amazing first time experience! Highly recommend! Speisekarte ansehen

unfortunately we were not able to visit our meal and enjoy how the restaurant phoned to cancel our booking saying that a private rental had taken over the whole restaurant. this was extremely disappointing, as this was a Christmas trip and a very bad form of the restaurant.

Although we had a great time and we would go back the waiting time from when we arrived at 5.15pm to when we were served at 6.15 was too long . The starters arrived and the main course within minutes after. We then ordered 1 brownie dessert which took half hour. There was a large party in at the time so this could have been the proble.

I had a terrible experience here. Our orders were mixed up, and there was no apology or attempt to correct the mistakes. We also had a long wait to pay our bill, despite being the only table in the restaurant. It’s probably the most expensive place on West Street, yet it offered the worst service. Terrible service from start. Sat at bar and no drinks menu. Sat down to meal and we were sat upstairs and not actually down stairs in main restaurant and I had to watch men toilets all night! Given one menu. Asked for side plates and came 30 mins later! Average food very overpriced. Waiters not helpful and kept trying to take our full glasses away. Offered desert menu before mains had arrived. Then we asked for a desert which came 45 mins later and still frozen. Asked to speak to management and not helpful at all. We have been to Beju twice now and twice poor service and average food. Mutton dressed as lamb restaurant.

It was my sisters birthday, I booked a table for 4 people at 8pm. Upon arrival had to wait 15 minutes to be seated as they hadn’t cleaned up after the previous guests. Once seated we weren’t given any menus and waited ten minutes for someone to come to our table for me to ask them to provide us with a menu. Starters took over 40 minutes to come out in which we ordered two rounds of drinks but again the server did not actually put our drinks through so we had to re order. This is my second time visiting beju, the first time was so welcoming and friendly and the service was so impeccable, however, this time I was left disappointed and felt extremely gutted that my sisters birthday was spoiled...

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the experience at BEJU as it was over rated and the restaurant was trying to reach a 5 star standard it is far from. Myself, my boyfriend and two of our friends were very much looking forward to the food and drinks. It was expensive and I was expecting a better service from the staff. We were sat at the bottom of the restaurant where the DJ stand is. This was the main problem of the meal due to the fact, we felt like it was a nightclub and had to literally shout across the table to have a conversation.
