Bella - Speisekarte

I recently dined at this vibrant restaurant and had an amazing meal. I highly recommend it.

Expensive? If you want the best then you have to pay for it. Without doubt the best Italian restaurant in the area. The only thing missing was the beautiful Italian scenery, but you will not get this in Chappel Ash!Treat yourself.

I absolutely adore visiting Bella Italia for their amazing pizzas! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mel. She always greets you with a big smile and goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience. Speisekarte ansehen

What a let down!!! I had heard/read such good reviews and was very disappointed. We were a large group that went early for the cheaper menu, however, that wasnt to everyones taste so many of us choose from the main menu, i had a bowl of penn pasta with bits of chicken in for The manager was not very sociable and quite ignorant, needless to say that was the first and last time i will be visiting there.

What a disappointment! I had heard and read such great reviews, but my experience was far from that. Our large group arrived early to take advantage of the cheaper menu, but ended up ordering from the main menu due to the limited options. We unfortunately did not get to try the food or wine at this restaurant as we were ready to leave before being seated at our table. Upon arrival, we were not greeted by any staff and had to wait at the bar area. Despite the lack of acknowledgment from the staff, we patiently waited. Eventually, we had to approach the bar to let them know we were there even though we had made a reservation. When we inquired about the delay, we were informed that our table was ready, but it was a small table next to the bathrooms. We found this unacceptable and requested a different table. Dined here on Saturday the seventh of August for my girlfriend's birthday.The venue, staff, food and drink were exemplary. I could not fault one single thing. This is the closest I have ever come to genuine Italian cuisine outside of Italy!When my six numbers come up, I will be dining here on a weekly basis, at the very least. Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the food or wine as we left before our table was ready. On arrival we were not acknowledged by any staff, we waited patiently by the door which also seems to be the bar area and despite staff members being in the area no-one smiled or said hello. Eventually some other customers moved through to their table and we had to approach the bar to tell them we were there. We had booked for and by we were still waiting, we hadn't been told that we would have to wait for the table and when we asked what was happening they said our table was being laid.
