Me and my partner came here for our birthdays. The food was amazing, so flavourful and I can’t believe how much duck I got for a starter! Food was excellent as always! Service was very hit and miss though, 3 different members of staff came over to ask if we’d ordered which we had, nobody seemed to know what was going on really, other then that most of the staff was friendly and it was a good atmosphere! Went Bertram’s with my friend for our joint birthdays before attending the twilight spa and what an absolute amazing evening we had Deano the manager was fantastic and was a great host couldn’t do enough for us as couldn’t gersan khan great team !!! They even brought out a surprise birthday sparkler in a brownie which was beautiful. Real credit to the team !!! Thanks deano and gersan x

Visited this restaurant and had some concerns about the hygiene standards I saw. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed quite unwell, displaying symptoms like a runny nose and a persistent cough. I completely understand that people can get sick, but it's essential for the restaurant to prioritise the health and safety of both their staff and customers. Serving food while visibly ill can potentially expose diners to health risks (especially with at risk family members). This experience left me genuinely concerned about the overall cleanliness in the restaurant. If that's front of house, what's the kitchen like? I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.
