"Had afternoon tea with 8 friends in the imperial room, the whole experience was wonderful. The food was delicious, huge choice of teas, staff were amazing very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. 2 of our party didn’t like the sandwich selection but this wasn’t a problem and they were given alternatives. A lovely way to spend the afternoon would definitely recommend."

everything was nice, only disappointed that we were charged for a second coffee banquet, had high tee in many destinations always unlimited tee and coffee in the price that after all was 90

absolutely wonderful experience for my mother 80th birthday. all employees and especially james made this special experience for them. the food was delicious and with a special birthday lover and happy birthday on the piano excellent. I can't wait to go back to another special day.

Loved the attentiveness of our waiter Jacob he went above and beyond making our experience exceptional. Lovely selection of food for the afternoon tea. Jacob was knowledgeable about his teas and menu and suggested some options for us. Lovely ambiance and setting couldn't of asked for more.
