"J’ai dormi plusieurs fois à l’hôtel les vents d’Iroise, dont 2 fois surclassé dans l’hôtel de l’HPSM, au mois de novembre, j’ai eux le plaisir de manger deux fois au bistrot. Un sans-faute vraiment, une équipe dynamique et réactive, le serveur se rappelait de notre repas de la veille et du vin que nous avions pris. Le dimanche, nous avons mangé au restaurant étoilé et la… Wouaw !! Que dire de l’excellence du début jusqu’à la fin . Le déroulement du repas était fluide, un service très professionnel, discret et attentif. Le cadre extra et le menu avec le vin un régal, une mention spéciale au sommelier qui sélectionne le vin et nous a fait une explication détaillée avec passion, une connaissance vraiment pointue de son sujet. Évidemment, ce genre de repas n’est pas faisable tous les jours, mais cela en vaut vraiment le coup. Merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe de l'HPSM au complet."

"On Saturday night's forgotten, we spent a bad time because of a service that doesn't know how to follow its tables and organize, more than an hour to get our menu entry,bref all the tables had finished and were gone when we started our dinner....Although the big tables arrived after us were already served...the aperitif was offered to us in spite ...and I pass the archicuit menu"

"excellent seafood tray, agrable staff and efficient service. only bmol, lamabilitate the body, or we get attacked without reason. given the price (very justifiably of laddition, a little smile and a little more professionalism would have welcomed (we were even beginners and would not accept our quipes such behavior)"

"Because we failed to get stable elsewhere this restaurant was recommended.It was good and the service and food were very good. Inevitably there is fish and mussels on the menu.I opted for souped de poissons,I enjoy floating croutons with garlic mayonnaise and cheese .This soup...also tasted delicious so double gain. My partner enjoyed crevette and this was washed down with a pichet of wine or two. We were given window seat and looking over the water of the estuary was delightful.This is good place to eat and even though it is slightly away from the centre, we walked there and t took 5 minutes we both felt as close to the sea as if we were dining on the harbour.I will go back"

"Price more than correct for Sea products that become more and more expensive in the restaurant. The dishes are very good and fresh. The Gros plus a real homemade whipple to finish a good meal and the Liège coffee is made with coffee liqueur and not the sweet coffee sauce and they have a local beer of a microbrewery fell."
