Fantastic service. The burger was huge with mushroom and bacon and needed to be eaten with cutlery it was so big! The chips were also delicious! We will be back. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Don't go if you want a nice quiet evening. It was unbelievably noisy. I couldn't wait to leave. Food ok....overpriced when we asked to remove the service charge we were spoken to in disgust...never again

This restaurant is fairly mediocre considering the cost. The steak was small and tough, and the fries were frozen. The salad was not impressive either. I wouldn't recommend this place. The service was quick, but the saying "Stack it high, sell it high" comes to mind. Speisekarte ansehen

This restaurant serves consistently delicious food at a reasonable price, although I find the wine to be a bit pricey. However, my main complaint is that the menu is limited and never changes. There are only about five or six main courses available, along with burgers and high-priced steak. After a few visits, it becomes quite boring. I will only come back if I can't find a table elsewhere nearby.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The food is overpriced, we ordered some chicken wings, and they were literally just seasoned bones. The steak was very average for £34. But the worst part was that after we had paid, the waiter came back over and said he had undercharged us by £2, so asked us to pay it, which we did. Turns out we had paid the correct amount in the first place, there was no apology or refund offered… terrible service

Sent our Cote de beouf back as was cooked onto the outside and totally stone cold raw in the middle. What a shame as chef then whacked it in the microwave and it came back totally nuked ! Front of house was mortified and ordered us another , by which time we were on last glass of a bottle of red and full of chips ! Second one came back exactly the same ! Not kidding ! It was handled well as we didn't pay and I took the second one home for the dog ! Wouldn't go back unfortunately. Speisekarte ansehen

My friends and I had our Christmas party at this restaurant, and we were crammed around a table. The place was bustling and loud, which was expected. We ordered beers and steaks, and the waiter did a decent job considering the busy atmosphere. However, I was not impressed with my £28 steak - it was not good quality and not worth the price. I wish I had brought my own steak from Aldi for £4.50 and asked them to cook it instead. Overall, I would not choose to dine at this restaurant again.

Booked a table for a friends special birthday before heading to the O2. Great location straight out of Waterloo, we had a booth for 6 which was lovely. Reasonably priced set menu with plenty of choice. The food came promptly and was really good, one of our party needed her steak cooked further but there was no issue. The service was fantastic, a special mention to Patrick who couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. Clean and cosy especially at this time of year. Would definitely recommend and return

We went as a family to celebrate our Sons 30th birthday. I had rung the restaurant prior to coming to check we could bring a cake and that was no problem. The waiters dealt with it beautifully and didn't even ask if we would like dessert which was impressive and they even provided plates etc for us to use. The staff were incredibly welcoming and very patient as we took a while to work out what we wanted to order. The drinks came quickly shortly followed by the deliciously fresh and tasty starters. The main courses were of a very high quality. We would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and we will be returning. Speisekarte ansehen
