this place was formerly super, but the hands changed and there was nothing more to recommend it. it is, however, under new ownership. they look good enough.

What a wonderful find! Yesterday, we decided last minute to have lunch here and it was absolutely amazing. This cozy pub has extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as delicious and affordable food. We would highly recommend it and will definitely be visiting this lovely place again.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, which had been nicely updated with new decor. The menu offers a great variety of beers and food options. I ordered the fish and chips, while my partner had the beef pie, both of which were excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future. The average cost per person is £30-40. We highly recommend the fish and chips dish. Parking is plentiful. Overall, we rate this restaurant a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

I stayed overnight in my campervan at this restaurant and it was a great find. The staff and owner were amazing, and the location was perfect. The place has a lovely, cozy feel and I felt very welcomed by the regulars and staff. Even my son, who has ASD and ADHD, was made to feel welcome and they even cooked him something off the menu that he would eat. This will definitely be a place my family and I will continue to visit. I highly recommend the steak and chips and Sunday roast. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.

what a great new place we found ,,,great food (steak was amazing)i had mixed grill with home cooked chips bang on and very filling, great atmosphere inside and out met some very friendly customers and a fabulous smile and welcome from the landlady places like this are very hard to find, this place is just set back a little off the main road but very visable and in a very beautiful setting i highly recommend a visit here the service and food is just how i like it great pub atmosphere with great pub food exellent cook and Host,,,Dee,, believe me you will not be disappointed .....very dog friendly there is even a doggie menu...
