Great food. Typically French bistro w/ simple but good dishes made with high quality ingredients. Great service. Reasonable prices. Highly recommendable.

Had amazing meal at a lovely park side restaurant filled with happy local people. The food was amazing, especially the hamburger on a brioche- like bun. Great Alsatian wine.

Having booked for Saturday evening in the afternoon we could not get an outside table but had to make do indoors which was fine and the contemporary clock was lovely. Food and service were fine and there really could be no complaints Speisekarte ansehen

We stopped here for a drink and sat outside in the beautiful park. The location is very nice. The night we were there people were dancing Tango in the park. Service was very nice helping us over language problems with great ease and good humor.

We enjoyed the lamb, morel chicken, fish of the day, and fillet mignon mains. There was a generous kids menu too. The chèvre focaccia starter was amazing. Charlotte seemed just good to me, but my husband thought it could turn him into a dessert lover. It was a little stuffier than we prefer, but would definitely go back for the food.

Dined here on Easter Sunday evening and were very pleased to find it open. The last time we had tried to visit (on New Year’s evening, a Sunday) the website indicated they would be open and so we were very disappointed (and stuck!) to find them closed.Lovely food, beautifully presented. Our hotel recommended this place. We booked a table as it was a Friday night and good job we did. We chose the 3 course meal for 30€. Having the pork and the fish as mains.... really good. The waiter recommended a white wine for us as we didn't know any of the wines in the wine list .... it was very good. Staff very attentive and spoke reasonable English.

We went to this restaurant because it was near our hotel. It is very French (what else)The menue is only in french and we had to find a couple of waiters who could explain it. We would rate the food as only average. My wife had chicken, and I had the veal. The best part of the entree was the sauce. The service is what you would expect in a French restaurant. We would not go back.

Recommended by friends, 1802 more than met expectations, with quality, simple but well-prepared food, and a good wine list. The dishes were generously portioned and flavours balanced. The setting, on a warm day, on a terrace shaded by trees and overlooking a park was ideal. The apparent popularity of the restaurant with locals was both a plus and a minus - the plus attesting to a loyal clientele; the minus being that their extended conversations with staff were a distraction and resulted in patchy service for other diners.
