Disappointed that they didn't state it was a limited menu on boxing day if they has I wouldn't have booked

Enjoyed overall experience. Probably could have had more staff as it was very busy but shows it is a popular venue

I had a good time in Brazz, can’t help but I noticed few marks in the wall where I was seated ,may be it could be due to the lack of staffs , the starter bread was damn cold ,don’t know why But the waitress was lovely she did a decent job .Thank you for having us Speisekarte ansehen

very smooth and tasty chicken parfait and a very generous part, so suitable for sharing. great crispy teig on the fish and chips and large chips and crushed heap. very attentive service. slightly loud when we sat next to the bar, but it was so not unexpected on Friday night.

nice eating and atmosphere and very friendly staff. good value for the quality of the food provided. a subdivision is the requirement for a £15 per head deposit if the booking has to be cancelled at short notice; I understand that this is needed to busy times/waking, but during the week it seems unnecessary and it made me quite concerned about booking, especially when we are stuck on the m5 or something. this could be my future, as I would like a little flexibility.

Very disappointed in the ambiance, and the food! Fish, chips mushy peas was no better than I could get from my local chippy. The fish was dry the batter tasteless. The fish was served on top of the peas? My wife had smashed avocado on one slice of toast with one egg at a cost of £14??? The Restaurant was virtually empty with no ambiance. Maybe numbers were down because other diners have been disappointed too? This was Boxing Day lunch we expected some atmosphere! There was none so we won’t be back anytime soon. Speisekarte ansehen

Very disappointed have been here before and never been disappointed however on this occasion I felt the whole experience lacked in several areas. Firstly I booked a table ages ago prior to my visit but my table wasn't even ready and I had to wait for it to be cleared and cleaned. The food was very poor virtually cold and lacked flavour and as for the chocolate trifle a bowl of ganache with a few cherries and a bit of cream on top very sickly and heavy on the pallate. Staff OK but no real finesse when taking orders or delivering food defgo won't be going back

Having looked at some recent reviews we were concerned about service and wait times, however, glad to say we enjoyed excellent and very prompt service. The waiting staff were also polite and friendly. The food was really good and a great range of options available. And offered good value for money. Only slight issue the toilets although clean smelt like wee? And the stairs leading to them weren’t great for those less mobile. However, the disabled toilet wasn’t far from the restaurant and was clean. Beautiful restaurant and the hotel area was decorated really nicely for the festive period including lights along the top of the castle.

dreadful, very horny waitress. eat more pretentious, over price, tasted ‘ok’, but really nothing special. my chicken capital did not come with veg or kartoffel, so they have to buy the separately at £4, which if they arrive are enough for 2 people. a real waste of food and so stupid, not included with the main dish. no great place if they want a romantic or quiet table for 2. very loud. the bad layout and no idea of sitting things, meant that we stuck between 2 big groups of people, a side with a woman who swarms all the time. not funny. probably okay if they're on work night or a big birthday party. but it felt very hastened and they did not have a front side of the house to check everythin...
