The restaurant is at the Lido, near the river Eisack, and it offers fish dishes with a refined touch. Their tortellini (a traditional type of Italian filled pasta) with prawns are simply great.

Ristorante raffinato,ma nello stesso tempo anche molto 'alla mano '. Personale giovane,molto preparato ed attento, gentilissimo e a completa disposizione. La carne ottima e anche le porzioni di giusta quantità. Consigliatissimo.

es war ein Highlight in unserem Urlaub. wir trafen das lokal aus einer tw-Serie und wollten brixen. der Standort ist ein Hinggucker, der Service junger Mitarbeiter sehr angenehm. Ich muss das in den höchsten Tönen loben. es hat uns den Gaumen serviert und uns ein wunderbares Abendessen auf der Terrasse gegeben. Wir kommen zurück, wenn wir in Brixies sind, das ist sicher. elegant restaurant, but at the same time informal. When we entered, we thought the service would be pretty cold, but the waiters denied us! super smiling and nice. It was very interesting to eat with the open kitchen, so you can see what cooks did (all very young.) delicious and original dishes, abundant portions. if I have to find a defect: there were very few vegetarian options. but I think the chef was ready to make changes if necessary. right price for quality. to try!

every time a confirmation. very modern and elegant, inside the park of brescia, overlooking a small water course. Modern cuisine with a strong base of local ingredients, the menu changes continuously, but as tried, I recommend risotto with asparagus and rafina tortelli. slightly disappointed the banality of the crack, but perhaps because of the exceptionalness of the other dishes. very kind and helpful staff, appropriate account for the offer. well respected antique regulations.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Brix 0.1! It was the perfect end to a lovely day in Brixen Bressanone. We arrived a little early so we sat by the lake and watched the ducks, turtles and fish until our reservation time. Upon arriving we were struck by the beautiful building and the inviting patio that looked out over the lake. We were greeted by a friendly staff member that spoke excellent English (sadly our German and Italian is quite limited) and who sat us at a table on the patio with lovely views of both the lake and the building.
