what a great sound. vegan rolls, lacon rolls and vegan cakes. had a surprise vegan digging bag with many vegan tasty for £5.

Service was poor, limited food options, we had to send back food it was not cooked very well, and the place wasn’t clean at all.

Can't fault the food or service. Great selection of food and drinks and very attentive staff. Went for Father's day, all Dad's got a beer on the house which was a lovely touch.

Many nice vegan options and very friendly staff. Andrew is also vegan so he knows good food. The bacon roller was really great and if you run out of certain foods during the week, they have to buy vegan fridge items.

Superb cooking in a lively atmosphere with a choice of indoor and outdoor dining in this large country gastropub. Rightly popular, with friendly, enthusiastic staff. Tonight's specials of pork chop and, especially, dressed crab were utterly delicious and perfectly produced. Highly recommended.

we come to the brookmans most sundays for a roast with family and friends and always have a beautiful meal. Yesterday eating was terrible over boiled, yorkshire puddings were tiny frozen overall eating was bad. the meal came to £100, which we usually do not pay, but yesterday I felt it was a total waste of money. I fed the manager back because we're regulars. we will be back as we usually love it. I hope it was a good time.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Brookmans. We booked for Fathers Day as we wanted to try something out of area. The location was lovely: we sat outside at the front and despite it not being sunny, we had shelter and the use of outdoor heaters. The staff were simply amazing and the ‘maitre d’ didn’t stop. Everyone was polite and happy. We had a bit of a wait from starter to main but it was Father’s Day and so was understandable in the circumstances. The food was perfect and was worth the wait. We had 3 courses with cocktails and after dinner coffee, all of which were delicious. I would most certainly recommend and will most certainly return!

2we were 2 guests eating on Sunday afternoon. Three frying dinners arrived at the table! 3 frying dinners on the bill....grhhh! no bark to go with the bark... really annoying. no stuffing with the roasted wine (it was before), so it had to order as a side part (obvily to an additional cost) the dishes of the side arrived well 5mins after our bratessen. as soon as the lunch was finished, it took 27 minutes to eat our teller away booked at 4 o'clock, so not an animated time, maybe 5/6 other tables sitting. we loved the brookmans, but really a disappointment, as our last family of 8 visit this experience put on our big table number, but no excuse this visit I was afraid. to show how disappointe...
