I went there on Sunday with my boyfriend, and we had a wonderful dinner. He even proposed to me there! The staff were lovely, and we’ll definitely be back next year.

We discovered this restaurant last night, and I wish we had found it sooner. We started with tiger prawns, followed by the Cornish surf and turf—steak cooked beautifully rare. My partner enjoyed cheese and biscuits for dessert, while I had a waffle paired with Cornish dessert wine. The entire meal was fantastic, and the service was excellent—very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We had an incredible meal to celebrate my husband's birthday! The lobster and prawn cocktail were fantastic, and the scallops were absolutely gorgeous. The turbot served in a spicy husk broth was delicious, but the standout for me was the medium-rare filet steak—it was hands down the best steak I've ever tasted!
