Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, and attentive staff. The team consistently checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

Great food but let down by an abrupt and rude waiter. When paying premium prices you expect a certain level of service and this fell short.

Nice evening, nice place. very good experience. nb: the very basic green salad. a mix of young shoots or mesclun would have been appreciated. serving of ceviche a little just for the price but delicious. beef fillet and fries, wonderful and perfect cooking.

The steak was literally so cold which my mrs tried it also and she even told me ask the waiter gentleman to change it but i just wanted to eat as much as i can and leave but the taste has changed so much in this restaurant even the mac and cheese was bad i have been coming here since 2015 every year January the 15th for a anniversaries but its gone down hill so sorry

Restaurant staff was pleasant but not well trained… service was mediocre. The tables for two were on top of each other…. Uncomfortably close. We ordered the beef Wellington for 2. It was delicious but served lukewarm. I was disappointed in this restaurant. You can get superior food and service at a high end chain steakhouse in the USA ie Morton’s, Del Frisco’s, Capital Grille etc. I guess I expected too much. Speisekarte ansehen

We had BT as our server at the Bar and Grill in Mayfair for my girlfriend's birthday, and he was fantastic! The managers were excellent as well. The food was the best I've ever had, especially the wagyu steak, which was cooked to perfection. They even sang happy birthday, gave us complimentary dessert, and brought out a little sticky toffee pudding with a candle, along with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on the plate. I would definitely recommend this place!

The Caesar salad and burrata were excellent. The steaks and sides however, the 7oz filet, 12oz ribeye, bone marrow mashed, green beans were disappointing. The taste was off and I was sick before I left the restaurant. The waitress did notice that the sides were untouched and took both items off the bill. The steak knife was blunt and it was 15 minutes before we got attention and a sharper knife. The noise levels were very loud, and we walked out with a headache. Not an experience I would repeat again.

First time trying a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and definitely wouldn’t go to one again! We ordered the beef wellington for two it was tough and chewy, no taste whatsoever. Mushrooms tasted burnt inside. When we told the staff we weren’t happy the chef told us that fillet isn’t supposed to have a taste! And it was seasoned perfectly! Very shocked as we enjoy beef wellington and fillet whenever we eat out (which is often! and we have never found it tough or tasteless anywhere else! Very disappointed as we don’t live in London and travelled up just for this meal. I would recommend to anyone to avoid this restaurant!
