"We had BT as our server at the Bar and Grill in Mayfair for my girlfriend's birthday, and he was fantastic! The managers were excellent as well. The food was the best I've ever had, especially the wagyu steak, which was cooked to perfection. They even sang happy birthday, gave us complimentary dessert, and brought out a little sticky toffee pudding with a candle, along with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on the plate. I would definitely recommend this place!"

We went for the name Gordon Ramsey , nothing stood up to it. All good was tasteless , and service was very very slow. Will never come back.

The food was excellent, but the waiter was quite abrupt and rude. Given the premium prices, we expected a higher level of service, which was sadly lacking.

Service was incredibly slow and the Wellington was cooked well but not tasty at all…bread was 4.5 pounds, and burned, much like the puff pastry on the Wellington.

Nice evening, nice place. very good experience. nb: the very basic green salad. a mix of young shoots or mesclun would have been appreciated. serving of ceviche a little just for the price but delicious. beef fillet and fries, wonderful and perfect cooking. Speisekarte ansehen

The steak was literally so cold which my mrs tried it also and she even told me ask the waiter gentleman to change it but i just wanted to eat as much as i can and leave but the taste has changed so much in this restaurant even the mac and cheese was bad i have been coming here since 2015 every year January the 15th for a anniversaries but its gone down hill so sorry

Restaurant staff was pleasant but not well trained… service was mediocre. The tables for two were on top of each other…. Uncomfortably close. We ordered the beef Wellington for 2. It was delicious but served lukewarm. I was disappointed in this restaurant. You can get superior food and service at a high end chain steakhouse in the USA ie Morton’s, Del Frisco’s, Capital Grille etc. I guess I expected too much.
