Under new management since Bruno left and it's gone downhill ever since. The food its less than mediocre and the ambiance is almost hostile. It's best to move on and find something else.

A real knife beef tartar, organic Aubrac! When I came back from 9 days on Compostela Road, after a lot of sandwiches and meals on the box and very medium, I needed some fun at the table. I'm almost by chance... This coincidence is often good.
