"Add Canabota to my list of global favorites. It’s what results when you send the fishmonger to Le Cordon Bleu and thereafter have him apprentice at a Michelin starred restaurant in Tokyo. It’s a fairly novel concept to focus exclusively on seafood and to do it in a way where the seafood shines and the chef is confident enough to let it do so with only modest culinary coaxing such that the brines, salinity and minerality are allowed to come to the fore. Their tasting menu is outstanding both fish and shellfish, some cooked and some raw. But all of it local and, as I overheard, only from the Atlantic. I caught that discussion between the very warm and personable chef and a fellow diner from the chef’s counter, which is IMHO the place to sit to watch the theater unfold in front of you. The kitchen staff and front of the house serving team work in harmony that’s fun to watch. My server(s) provided some excellent, novel and sophisticated wine pairings to accompany my tasting menu which added to the overall experience. Canabota is UNRESERVEDLY RECOMMENDED. World class!"

First time visit at michellin starred restaurant. It was superb. Food, atmosphere not up-tight and the price was worth it 110eur for tasting menu June 2023 . If only I am around I shall be back.

This place is a 1-star Michelin restaurant. We had a late reservation at 9:30 p.m. When we finished the full course, it was already passed midnight. The food presentation and taste are about average. It seems to be a place for visitors.

Two people went for dinner and the experience was spectacular. Highlight the shrimp tartare with caviar. The attention was unbeatable, the waiter knew how to perfectly explain the menu and answered all our questions. Same with wine. The price is high but it is worth what you pay, without a doubt it is a place to repeat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a michelin-starred restaurant that doesn't disappoint! Every dish was unique, flavorful, and fresh. The atmosphere is casual and the décor is a bit Spartan (the restrooms leave something to be desired), but it is nice that the kitchen is so close and open that you see every dish being prepared. The best spot for fresh seafood in Sevilla that we went to!

An exceptional restaurant in Sevilla that is not to be missed. It was our first visit there, and the server was extremely attentive and walked us through the menu. We ended up choosing the tasting menu, and I’m glad we did! It was a culinary journey from beginning to end!! The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this establishment! I hope to return again!

We had a nice evening here with our family. The reception by chef and staff was pleasant and hospitable. The atmosphere was relaxed and certainly not too formal. You sit at the bar at the open kitchen, or at high tables. Contemporary decor. The dishes were refined and tasteful. We went for matching wines. The sommelier spoke good English and was able to convey everything perfectly. Recommended for fish lovers!

Very amazing experience where every dish was absolutely perfect. I will say, I docked a point off because it was one of the few places where we felt like we were targeted/bullied into tipping bc we are Americans. Also the whole fish was deboned but still had a lot of bones and scales on it, which didn’t feel appropriate for the price range. If you keep the fish on the bone that’s fine. But if you are deboning the fish then it should be properly deboned and descaled.

Simply amazing one Michelin star restaurant. Had the Omakase menu. Every dish was delicious and the flavours were on point. The seafood was so fresh; I particularly loved the sweetness of the shrimp tartare with caviar. The charcoal grilled oyster was also excellent: it retained the soft texture while having a grilled taste and paired well with the spinach and lemon. The fish was also tender with crispy skin. The service was also great. Definitely reserve in advance if you are visiting Seville!

"porta rossa es un restaurante italiano situado en la calle, en sevilla. un lugar agradable y confortable en el que disfrutaremos de una amplia variedad de los sabores toscanos tradicionales y de los cuales estoy claro que repetiré sin duda. Para empezar nos trajeron una mini pizza, sólo para abrir el apetito, eran muy buenos, tomate y queso la bresaola con rucola y parmigiano era loca, la ternera curada en aceite, limón, rúcula y parmesano. Si quieres una entrada de luz, no demasiado pesada y no te gusta mucho una ensalada, esto es tuyo. gnocchi ‘Porta Rossa’ era mi entrada favorita, bolas de espinacas y frijoles con mantequilla y parmesano, sabor, textura, cantidad, todo. Considero que es un plato 100% que si vienes, tienes que probar tagliolino al tartufo era mi plato principal, sabor suave pero intenso a trufa, la pasta perfecta, al dente (había visto una pasta tan bien hecha) un 10/10 estraccetti con rucola y pipa verde, lomo de ternera trenzado y escarpado con rúcula y pimienta verde, muy bueno, el sabor de la carne y un show. Decidimos terminar la comida con 2 postres una cotta panna con fruta boscosa, la textura fue lo que más me sorprendió por no hablar del sabor. 10/10 y un semifreddo di cioccolato bianco y negro. (un chocolate semi-cold blanco y negro) muy bueno también aunque me quedo con el panna de la cotta. Si tengo algo que decir para terminar es que si eres amantes de la cocina italiana tradicional, tienes que venir a este lugar. la verdad de que no tengo que decir nada malo acerca de este sitio de valoración Te doy un 10/10 precio por persona 30-35€"
