"The truth is that now I was reading reviews, both positive and not so much, and I honestly can't explain it to myself. I speak from my experience, which by the way was phenomenal. Starting with the service, the waiters, especially one of them, was very close and attentive, something minimally necessary when we talk about customer service. The food was very tasty, I went twice on consecutive days and my expectations did not drop at any time. The first day I ordered an Asturian cheese salad (I jokingly called it a cheese platter with lettuce) and the second day the mythical cachopo!! Both endless portions, but at the same time joyful on the palate. I am waiting for next year to visit Cangas de Onís again, Mestas de Con and Casa María included. Greetings."
