I don't appreciate the rooms, because I've gone more than the restaurant, which is spectacular, both for its kitchen and for the staff's treatment, as well as being a beautiful place!

I want to detail this review because we really loved it : the site is spectacular the 10 views that we end up wearing some wines that recommended us, that a shame not to have bought more. the very familiar treatment site clean decoration 10 super recommending the hotel, and surely someday we will come back. My wife and I ate the 9-course menu. I couldn't find any defects. the chef's frames personally attend to all those who ask for it and consider it a luxury that in other restaurants with unobstructed prices they do not see hair. the impeccable service, especially that of a young lady and boys who attended us whose names I do not uerdo. No doubt we will repeat

Our wine group had a three course lunch at Sabrego. A very smart setting, we ate in one of the dining rooms. On a very hot day it was initially a welcome relief but after a while it did get rather cold. We had a three course meal with very good tapas starters, the main course for most was a veal dish which not many liked too many bits of offal in it. There was fish on offer for non meat eaters which seemed to be rather better. The deserts were also quite nice, pastry dish with cream. You are probably not going to find this restaurant unless someone tells you about it or has suggesting visiting the bodega Casal de Arman, It was very quiet when we arrived just one other couple who, it turned out, leave part of the year 15 minutes away from us but came down this place from north of Santiago de Compostela just for lunch. To travel that distance, you know it has to be good. It soon go crowded one other couple (Spanish and local) arrived. rural hotel with restaurant, located on a slope on the outskirts of ribadavia. complicated access as it is easy to lose. building built with drop and with very beautiful views, surrounded by vineyards. the place is spacious, bright and with lots of space between tables and very comfortable for guests. is well prepared for events too. as incoming, the octopus was excellently tasty, the fried shell with its juice and very rich the open tortilla. as main dishes, very good the pretty of donkey and cod in maiz bark, rich the Celtic rooster molo and spectacular the Galician calves, tender and tasty. very good the different types of bread. We discovered this fabulous restaurant while staying at the Pazo de Esponsende for our anniversary in November, it was only 10 minutes away and the owner of the Pazo kindly drove us there. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and cosy, housed in an 18th century building and surrounded by gardens and vineyards and the waiters and Maitre Di were a delight. Sometimes when I go to Michelin or Repsol recommended restaurants the service is always a bit stuffy and formal and I find it quite awkward, here it was very relaxed and happy and we had a good laugh with the staff.
