go near notre dame feel hungry and we thought to lunch in this sweet little restaurant! it was really worth it..Great, normal prizes and beautiful jazz music made it like home. one of the best places where we had dinner / lunch in paris!

My friends and I consider this restaurant a hole-in-the-wall type, as it's a humble restau tucked in the street leading to St. Michel Fountain. Food was really delicious and portions are big enough for sharing. We loved the food so much that we had go...back in the evening to dine there again.

After touring the Notre Dame Cathedral and walking back to our Hotel we were looking for a restaurant to stop at. We passed several and decided on this one based on the menu and price. It was early evening so it was empty. All three...of us decided on the fish of the day. Excellent choice on sea bass. The service was quick and the atmosphere was soft. Stopped here as looked nice and cute from the road and wasnt disappointed. Not too many tables so service was quick and both opted for the course price of which meant we could choose any courses from the menu. I had the...duck terrine pate which was fantastic and then the steak for main which was cooked just the way I like it, all crisped on the outside and pink and succulent inside. The cheesecake desert wasn't enormous but was tasty and a good end to the meal. Nice bordeaux at a bottle was so nice we had a second. All in all not only good value and service but set in a tiny intimate little restaurant.

We walked by this place one night. The menu looked good and it wasn't too busy so we decided to go in. We ordered some wine and and a fois gras appetizer which was so-so, nothing special. Service was quick, we didn't wait too long...to anything. Our entrees arrived and they were both pretty good. The pasta was cooked well, but could have had more flavor. My husband had the pork loin which was extremely tender and the mustard sauce was delicious. Our server was somewhat inattentive and slightly messed up our order but nothing too bad. after a long walk from the Notre-Dame to the eiffelturm and back we were ready for a seat and eat something. we chose this place that was judged by the locals who were sitting outside. a quirky little bistro on the wade with a look at notre dame. nice. friendly waitress met us and helped us understand what some dishes were and recommended wein. my other half chose a duck-casrole toppe with potato heart flour and I chose burger that I usually do not, but I am so glad that I did. I had the opportunity to choose how good I wanted it, and I had chosen the burger with a blue cheese. that was healed. absolutely delicious. it was about every thing we thought just like a decent pub in the countrysid... the restaurant was this Thursday, despite a quite large location empty (at the fontaine st michel) that should say something. the server is polite and courteous, we ordered Coca-Cola, and we have two glasses filled with warm koks, no more fizzy plus ice cube everyone. this is very favorable when they pay over euro koks. we had taken the koks back to open a new bottle, but it came back, no pizz, and the ice had melted a little more. eating was good, but not hot, the baked cheese stalls in salat, which should be hot, where cold (so not melted) the other salat ingredients were fresh. the hamburger was very tasty, but only served warm, with the cheese cold were the hot riders. Randomly walking passed this restaurant in the evening and we decided to pop in for a nice little family meal and were greeted by a lovely English-fluent female member of staff and given the option of where to sit. Choosing to sit indoors near the...window, we were presented with a English menu; we chose two plain burgers and the fish of the day. A wide range of drinks were offered but sadly they had no ordinary coke and we had to settle for diet cola. Food was presented at top speed however, the plain burgers were presented with salad and a sauce on them which we had to scrape off.
