Chak 89 - Speisekarte

Slow service and taste of most dishes was almost the same. Don't think they cook it from fresh, probably one base dish! I'd rather go to Karachi Cuisine in Norbury, one of the best tastes around.

one of my favorite restaurants in london. I have been regular since the last few years and the great at Chak89 is the constant nutrition and service. the appetizers are amazing, especially the lamb chops, recommend to go all.

Spice up your life. I'm a big fan of Chak89 since it opened and love the decor,food and service. The starters are the best and I also love the mock tails and cocktails range. Love the fact that even though the restaurant is in Mitcham it attracts so many celebs. They have 4 boards where celebs sign in and there must be over 200 celeb signatures on it recommending the restaurant.

was here for a labour party fundraiser and we were served a set menu consisting of onion bhaji, chicken tikka, sweet samosa, and chilli paneer for starter. for the main we served pilau reis, naan, butter chicken, aubergine and aloo curry, pea masala, lamb curry. dessert was obstsalat and Kufi ice cream. eating was good, service could be a bit polite. eating was well typical Punjabi aroma, but tailored to the w British taste buds. Great decor and food. I visited chak 89 for the first time on Saturday and was stunned by the quality of decor and food. I do not normally comment on these things but wanted to spread the word. The whole journey from your car to the 2nd floor is a 5 star, the ground floor to upstairs and then the restraurant itself. From fantastic mocktails to the great food sizzling hot when it reaches your plate. Only one problem I need Chak 89 to open near Wembley where i live!!!!!!!

I went to Chak89 for a family meal and we were all so pleased with the food! the aroma, the taste and the amount given is amazing. We didn't have to wait as long as we thought we would, like in usual indian restaurants. The staff made sure we were never without a drink and we didn't have to keep waiting on staff to see to us between meals. My favorite was Gobi Manchurian, which hasn't tasted as good anywhere else.I'm definitely coming back for more!! The only thing I would suggest is more branches

chak 89 is a very popular restaurant under the Indian community in south london while you go up the stairs to the restaurant, you can see the wall of the rest. the walls are covered with photos of celebrities from bollywood, hollywood, sports and music fields. the collection is very impressive. they could add a teller with the prominent names for some whose signatures are not very clear and whose names are at the top of the string, but cannot be remembered for the banquet and catering there are many broochures. they are available on all etagens the restaurant is richly spread and impressive with many chandeliers, sofa seating...read more Speisekarte ansehen
