We went to this restaurant for a family dinner and made a great choice. The service was quick and the prices were reasonable. We definitely plan to come back. They have a good selection of vegetarian options. The dine-in experience was enjoyable. Prices range from £10 to £20 per person for dinner.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude and cruel. They asked us to leave because we had only ordered a small amount of food, even though we had four hungry kids with us who had been out at the resort all day. The manager did not speak to us kindly or respectfully. I don't think someone like that should be working in the hospitality industry, as they do not treat people with respect regardless of their race.

In conclusion, my recommendation is that Champagnes should prioritize and manage their customers more effectively. If they cannot cater to both dine-in and mobile orders simultaneously, they should focus on one and not make their sit-down customers wait unnecessarily.

We reserved a table for 15 people at this restaurant. However, upon our arrival, the table was not ready. We were made to wait at the door for 15 minutes before being seated. Once seated, we had to ask for drink orders after waiting another 15 minutes for service. The drinks took a long time to arrive, and when the food finally came, it was mediocre at best. The staff never asked if we wanted more drinks, and we had to actively seek their attention. Despite the restaurant's appearance suggesting it would be a decent choice, we were greatly disappointed. With so many other Indian restaurants in town, I will not be returning to this one.

I had to write this review, which I don't usually do, but I felt compelled to because my experience was extremely disappointing. We visited the restaurant on a bank holiday Monday evening and there were only two other people there. The greeting was fine and our drinks arrived, although my glass smelled of stale beer. When the food came, it was the worst curry I have ever had. It lacked flavor, resembled more of a stew, was not spicy, and the lamb was very chewy. We informed the waiter about our dissatisfaction and he simply apologized. We suggested that they should consider replacing the chef as the food quality was unacceptable.
