"My husband and I have been disappointed in the restaurant choices in Redon. Today, we visited this little restaurant that has only been opened for six months. The owners, Marie-Christine and Eric, are an older couple who have owned several restaurants in Brittany, and had...an opportunity to come to Redon. We went for lunch on Saturday, and judging by the number of patrons, the news has spread. They have an a la carte menu with lots of choices, but the real value comes from ordering their menu of the day. For 13 Euros, for lunch you get an appetizer, main dish and dessert from three choices in each category. We had the pate de lapin, the fish, and the crème caramel. The pate was delicious, the fish served with a spot-on savory sauce and a steaming hot potato casserole flavored with garlic and served in a ramekin. The crème caramel was served with a hot salted caramel sauce, and was one of the best I have ever had. The service by Marie-Christine was quick and pleasant. The location is not of particular note, and the inside is functional, but without any great charm, although we did enjoy the display of all sorts and sizes of wooden spoons. We will definitely be coming here again. I did not check the price of evening meals, but they are opened for both lunch and dinner. Easy to find, and a large free parking lot is located just down the street."

"Bonjour à tous , super surprise pour nous pour se restaurant exemplaires qui propose du produit frais de saison et très bien cuisiné , assiette très jolie au je poste quelque photos pour une fois que j'y pence, décoration soigner j'adore en restant simple . Pour le coups j'avais envie de gambas et sa tombait bien le menus me l'a donné envie donc j'ai pris en entré boulot et brochette de gambas Aves sa mayonnaise faite maisons à tombé ensuite ma compagne fois gras très bon aussi (gouté) ensuite gambas avec riz noir et légumes au curry super belle assiette avec le goût qui allait avec et en fasse (ma compagne) une purée de carotte et veau gouté aussi c'était magnifique super bon à me faire regretté mon assiettes :) et pour le dessert un méli-mélo de fruits donc pastèque ,melon, ananas,poire, pêche et couli de fruits rouge dessus et des grains que je trouve plus le mot breff hyper frais par se temps chaud présenté en lamelles , super et en fasse une par de tarte au chocolat gyngembre également bon voilà en tout accompagné de kir breton et d'un wisky breton pour une 60eme d'euro super rapport qualité prix pour la qualité que se soit pour les produits ou le service merci à bientôt"

"Thursday, November 16, it's 1:00. After a refusal in a nearby restaurant. We're throwing our devotee with my colleague on Redon's Buffalo grill. We had a client rdv scheduled for 1:45. The timing was tight. But whatever. Hunger wins! Upon our arrival, the welcome was warm and the fast support. The waitress asks us if we had an imperative, it's 1:30. Remember. The rdv was confirmed and our client was in a hurry to meet us. Playing his relationships in the kitchen. The waitress was able to take our order and serve us in record time. And this, without sacrificing the quality of our dishes. A perfect cooking of meat and a well calibrated seasoning. Not to mention the famous welcome salad that warmed our hearts. "On aurai pu croire qu'avec le changement de diction la qualité de la cuisine allait en pâtir mais pas du tout. Les plats son vraiment très bon et généreux la nouvelle carte est plus équilibrer autant de plat avec viande que de plat avec du poisson il y en a vraiment pour tout les goûts. Le seul bémol sont pour les desserts à mon avis manque un peu de finesse et d'originalité j'ai le sentiment que les desserts n'est pas leur fort. Sinon tout est bon car sinon on y reviendrai pas très régulièrement. Merci à ce restaurant pour ces plat simple mais toujours juste."
