They fit us in to eat and accommodated our dog on a Sunday which was appreciated. The food was nice and I would say your standard pub food. Nothing too special but did the job with not many places open in the area.

Lovely place on the main road. Roaring fire keeping us warm on the evening we visited. Had a really nice carribean style curry and the pudding was amazing (chocolate fruit and nut Torte). Nice choice of Welsh brewed real ales. Recommended. Service: 4 Location: 5

I stopped here for a meal on a Sunday while on a long drive of over five hours. Our Sunday roasts were served quickly and tasted delicious! The atmosphere was pleasant, enhanced by an open fire, making it cozy on a dark November evening. Highlights of the hotel include a fantastic view and a family-friendly environment.

On behalf of my family, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Cross Foxes Inn. Two weeks ago, our car broke down just 10 minutes from the Inn, and we found ourselves stranded while waiting for the RAC. At 9 PM, we called the hotel to inquire about room availability and a taxi to get us there. To our relief, they had a room ready, and they even drove out to pick up my wife and our 5-year-old, while I stayed with the car until the mechanic arrived. They came to our rescue at 9:30 PM, and we were incredibly grateful. Not only did they provide us with a safe place to stay for the night, but the Inn itself was a wonderful experience.
