We have just been to the Cross keys for a family Christmas meal. We could not fault it at all. What wonderful food it's our 2nd year and we will be back. Thank you so much.

Delightful food and excellent service popped in for the first time in a few years but very pleased. Menu was traditional pub food but the chef knows how to serve it with perfection! Very disturbing visit to what was once a superb pub. The outside looks run down (first warning sign), and as you enter there is a horrible mouldy smell that hangs around the bar. The outside used to be lovely but bizarrely the river view has been blocked up so you can’t enjoy the views of the water. This is a dying pub with no effort to clean-up freshen-up. Really (really) disappointed to see this pub in its current state. Not a good sign for Pangbourne.

Four of us decided to have dinner at The Cross Keys last Friday evening. Two of us chose burgers, one had a Prawn Salad and one the Chicken Caesar Salad. It has to be said these are not just burgers They are amazing! Probably the best burgers we 've ever had. The salads were also absolutely amazing. They were large, the prawn salad had masses of prawns, the chicken caesar plenty of nice crispy coated chicken. All in all, the food was much better than you 'd expect a pub to produce and in our opinion represent really good value for money, given the amount and quality. Highly recommended. Speisekarte ansehen
