Cuarto y mitad era de esos sitios que no están de moda, que no viven de una falsa moda y conoces porque alguien te lleva, pero que cuando lo pruebas eres consciente de que estas ante algo muy diferente. Era la suprema calidad de la carne, el sabor de la parrilla, sus salsas… Nada parecido a los ten con ten y estas cosas que viven ahora de la efímera moda… Cuarto era tradición, historia y como no podría ser diferente, es ahora MITO.
