Typically Tuscan menu with points of excellence the pasta made strictly in the house (and at sight) and Chianina meat. After a mixture of bruschettes, one better than the other, we got (separately) a plate of tagliatelle with wild boar ragout and toasted almonds and a tartare of chianina to the knife with cannellini beans to olive oil. All of excellent quality, served by friendly and caring staff."
