El fin de semana pasado cenamos en este restaurante una cena con maridaje todo de productos y platos típicos de Málaga pero con un toque moderno. Cada plato venía acompañado de una cerveza o vino característico que había que combinar con la comida incluso rociándolo encima. Hasta el postre. We tried a tasting menu and each dish (very Mediterranean cuisine and very focused on the typical cuisine of maraga) was accompanied by a wine from the area, so that the experience was changing throughout the dinner. I loved the detail of adding to goo part of the wine glass to the dishes to make the same effect that was done before when there was no salt in any way a supermantened kitchen.

the eboka is one of the restaurants that most surprised me in the ballad. The truth is he eats wonderfully. Muy muy interesante la propuesta de este restaurante, en la que los maridajes entre bebidas y comida están estrechamente unidas. Nosotros probamos un menú degustación y cada plato (muy de cocina mediterránea y muy centrado en la gastronomía típica malagueña) venía acompañado con un vino de la zona, de tal manera que la experiencia fue bastante cambiante durante toda la cena. Me encantó el detalle de añadir a gusto parte de la copa de vino a los platos para hacer el mismo efecto que se hacía antiguamente cuando no había sal. De cualquier manera una cocina super cuidada.

El Eboka es uno de los restaurantes que más me sorprendieron en Málaga. La verdad es que se come de maravilla. Tomamos un menú que incluía entre otras exquisiteces un fantástico ajoblanco, y un tartar de salchichón. Lo más curioso de esta cena es que cada plato venía acompañado de un maridaje propio. Cerveza artesanal casera que ellos mismos hacen, o vinos de la tierra de todo tipo que acompañan y visten de manera perfecta los platos que el restaurante Eboka ofrece. Un sitio muy a tener en cuenta, tanto por trato como por servicio, y sobre todo por calidad. Yo volveré!

Rico menú degustación en el que el maridaje no deja indiferente, comienza con su propia cerveza artesanal y te da a probar diferentes vinos con cada plato, que a priori puede parecer que se han confundido pero todo tiene sentido como lo explica Antonio (por ejemplo, acompañar pescado con un tinto). Aunque el restaurante lleve poco tiempo, se ha conseguido hacer un hueco en la ruta gastronómica de Málaga. A esto se suma que fui un sábado, que se encuentra en pleno Casco Histórico de Málaga, por lo que el restaurante estaba completo. Mejor reservar mesa! El personal es atento, rápido Y cercano.
