"My husband I were looking for a unique special restaurant to dine in on our last day in Oviedo began searching the web for recommendations. Gloria by Nacho Manzano popped up after reading the stellar reviews, we made a reservations. The restaurant is beautifully appointed and the service and food was exactly what we were looking for. Joann, their General Manager was professional, engaging with us on the menu wine options which helped us in our decisions... I love that on many of their dishes you can select one of 3 options: A tapa size; a half portion (to share or a full portion. Brilliant idea and made sharing so much fun. We started with the grilled artichokes with lemon salt, then ordered the Eggplant with sobrasada chorizo, cheese toasted pumpkin seeds (this dish alone is worth coming to the restaurant for! . Next we shared the Beef Cheeks Prawns in lettuce cups which were also delicious. Our final dish was the Tomato with Chilled Beetroot Salamoreja foam. Incredibly prepared dishes that shows the depth of Nacho Manzano, the Chef. This is a restaurant not to miss we look forward to returning next summer when we're back in Oviedo. It truly was spectacular!"

"I came a little late to ovedo and, for fear of not finding anything open near the hotel, I made an order to Matsu-Ya sushi. I must say that you really surprised me. Of course, for good. the order came very fast, the delivery guy put it directly into my room. the miso soup was still very hot and cold beer; the sushi, although something scrambled (which is completely normal due to transportation, was amazing. the fish was very fresh, a quality genre. the rice loose and very soft, but flavored to a delicious point of rice vinegar. In my case, I rested on the selection of nigiri pieces of salmon, tuna, lobster and eel. The latter fascinated me, since I had not tried it before and it seemed to me a success the flamenco point and the unagi salsa. I would have the opportunity to return to oviedo to enjoy these pieces in the restaurant itself, so that I can appreciate all the freshly packed flavors."

"Esta noche hemos cenado en este restaurante por primera vez y la experiencia ha sido más que satisfactoria. La atención al cliente perfecta, nos atendió David y nos explicó los platos fuera de carta de los cuales nos llamó la atención el bonito. Acabamos pidiendo el plato de bonito para las dos personas que fuimos y estaba exquisito. Lo acompañamos anteriormente con una tapa de croquetas de jamón y otra de carne guisada. Ambas estaban deliciosas, las croquetas nos encantaron y hubiéramos repetido. Toda la comida estaba cuidada y se notaba que era casera, estaba increíble. Calidad-precio, perfecta. Disfrutamos de una velada agradable y riquísima. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudar!"

"from minute one to last I have only positive comments. very cozy, friendly and helpful staff, exquisite food and price according to the quality they offer. In our case we take a cup of gazpacho with olive oil foam courtesy of the house, oysters, croquettes, sardines in scabeche, steak tartar and millet leaves with white chocolate. all truly exquisite. I certainly recommend it. ?"
