El Buen Sabor - Speisekarte

The host was not very welcoming to non Spanish speakers. We felt that she was mocking us several times to her friends at the bar.

La comida buenísima y variada, los camareros muy amables y las cocineras entrañables, todos muy atentos. Nos han dejado pasar con la perrita al salón.

Expectacular , trato al cliente excelente, te hace sentir en casa, buena comida y abundante, con sabor casero y sabrosísimo , un placer estar en lugares así . Speisekarte ansehen

Espectacular todo!!! Es mi tercera vez allí y nunca me decepciona. Siempre llevamos a la familia también cada vez que nos vienen a visitar. La tortilla nos hace acordar a la de la abuela y el cachopo pfff sin palabras

2 personas, 4 vinos 1 cerveza, 2 cocidos castellanos, 1 postre y 1 café 34€. El cocido estaba para tirar cohetes, el postre riquisimo, el sevicio y la atención del personal, para quitarse el sombrero. De los lugares que encuentra uno cuando tiene suerte.

A parte de la belleza del pueblo en el que se encuentra, el restaurante ofrece muy buena comida y en abundancia. El servicio ha sido muy bueno, son muy amables. Se come tranquilo. Lo único es vigilar no equivocarse y sentarse en las mesas del local de al lado, pues están cerca. Speisekarte ansehen

Fuimos a tomar algo para refrescarnos y vimos que daban comidas. Nos atendieron muy bien dándonos incluso información sobre que visitar en Simancas y alrededores, así que decidimos quedarnos a comer. Fue un acierto. Una hamburguesa muy buena y unos huevos con jamón y patatas que tenían una cantidad impresionante de jamon. Todo muy rico. La atención recibida muy buena, eran muy simpáticos. Recomendable 100%.

We were staying nearby for a one night stop over and went in to Simancas to eat. The host was very friendly and helpful and spoke English. He recommended the lamb chops which were the best we can remember having. My husband had the cod with a mushroom sauce also excellent. We shared a plate of the dried local ham as a starter which again was really good. The wine was good quality and not expensive. Would go here again if we stay in the same hotel.

This was the only place we could find open on Sunday afternoon, after a long journey through Spain. We chose a chicken breast salad to share and are so glad we didn 't order any more food. I can honestly say that it was the worst meal I have ever had. The chicken had a most peculiar taste to it and the whole salad was swimming in vinegar and we thought that they had soaked the chicken in vinegar because it was off .
