My paella was really good. Spoke to two diff servers and both were really aware of cross contamination and which dishes were GF. They do have a GF menu if requested.

The food was great, I really recommend trying their cheeses (we took the 4 cheese plate, they have more than 60 different cheese types), they were really delicious! I also took a (very special I would say) salad and was also very good. The service is excellent. Nothing to complain!

Best vegetarian option for tapas in Seville. We walked directly inside without reservation. The waiter were very polite and explained us the menu ! ambience was very nice! Loved the paella here, and also the tapas, and highly recommend the pork cheek with rice as well!! So rich and flavourful. The portions are large. The prices are reasonable compared to some other places in the area (they have just increased a tiny bit in the last week). The spinach with chickpeas were also surprisingly one of our favourite dishes. I would certainly revisit on our next trip!

Excellent food and a very beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We were served by a waiter who treated us rudely and with a lack of courtesy. When I asked about a dish made with sardines, he replied in a harsh tone: You don 't know what a sardine is? — an unnecessary and disrespectful way to address a customer. It’s a shame, because the experience could have been much better if the service matched the quality of the food and the atmosphere. Politeness and courtesy are the bare minimum one should expect. Huge thanks to the team at El Librero for two excellent meals this week. Highly recommend both the vegetable and mushroom paellas (both are vegan). Excellent flavour, good portion size and very fair price at €14.80pp. We liked that each paella is one person sized, so you don't have to share as at most other places. We also enjoyed several vegan tapas and all were good. It's clearly a busy spot for locals as well as visitors a good sign. Vegan options marked on menu. No non dairy milk but the coffee at Detribu across the street comes highly recommended. Pleasant and helpful service despite being so busy there was a queue for tables out the door.
