The only drawback is that the service seemed slow to us, we entered at 1:00 p.m. and left at 5:00 p.m. Yes, it is true that for a tasting menu one always takes into account that it takes between 2 and 3 hours, but on this occasion the wait between dishes was too long and especially towards the end of the menu they went by the drop of a hat. I think it was something circumstantial but that must be taken into account, because it breaks the experience.
