It was a fair hotel. Everything worked but needs attention to doors , paint and floors.

Rooms are poor quality If you just want to eat fried food or very basic sandwiches this is the place for you. Expensive for what you get.

Great place for dinner you have to go up to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to ur room. Location is only 15 min walk from town centre. The bypass is a lovely walk beside it if you fancy a long walk.

I visited for dinner in May 2024. The restaurant is quaint and humble; and, the staff, exceptional. On the recommendation of our server, who has worked with the restaurant since 1988, I had the chicken melt with garlic potatoes on the side. Absolutely divine. The chicken sat on a bed of mash and veg, topped with fried onions, cheese and bacon. The flavours were well balanced. And the portions were great for the price. The garlic marinated potatoes were amazing. I would highly recommend and most definitely return.

Sick and tired if trying to eat local and promote this place, had a meal today the menu had nothing Strabane familiar so we had a starter with no plates beef fajita and salted chilli chicken caeser, I paid my bill in full that give my opinion, a dog would not eat both dishes, The fajitas sauce tasted like it was made by the local IRA fuel laundering department and the chicken caeser would have been ok. If it wasn't smothered in sweet chilli sauce never heard volcanic ash being called that before) both meals were left almost intact on the plate, It's Strabane for feck sake keep your food simple and improve your customer service,

Stayed here for one night for work. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and overall, the staff are all polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms however are underwhelming and a bit shabby. I stayed in room 102, which is right next to the door to access the corridor for the rooms, and was pretty noisy with other guests wandering up and down. You're also directly beside reception, so when people are stood outside smoking and chatting, that is all you can hear. Would be nice if reception could monitor the noise after 10pm and ask smokers to keep the noise down, as I was disturbed more than once.
