knowing about eating is always perfect, asking for a decent, hot, tasteful meal from fortune inn was inevitable. as expected, our delicious food arrived on time, piping hot. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys this type of food, in the position to have it delivered, is a particularly appreciated option.

This food is disgraceful not even to mention the toilets we will not be returning, the steaks were horrendous tough not tender the chicken prawns were grey if there was a no stars option for this restaurant that’s what I would put. This food is not edible! Fillet steak was fatty and unchewable, the sirloin was like a flat iron gone wrong, the prawns were anemic, The chicken was overly froze. The women when approached about all of the above was aggressive. We will never return. If I could leave no stars I would. We had a great experience at the Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely return. I absolutely adore this restaurant. Every time we are in Pickering, we make sure to stop by because it's our favorite. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the service is top-notch. We usually go for dinner and the cost per person falls between £10-20. The food is amazing, we highly recommend the Crispy Duck and Egg Fried Rice. The atmosphere is also great, we always rate it a perfect 5.

not sure whether we have only luck on our visit to fortune inn on the basis of some of the negative reviews, but they need to talk as they find. the food was decent with a huge menu to choose, although one of the dishes (spicy Satay chicken) was a little bland and certainly not spicy, the service was prompt and the staff was ok. the prices did not seem too bad. not sure that the person who sat all night during our meal (can they get the spicy satay) but all in all I would say it is their average restaurant, we would certainly eat here again if in pickering.

We booked a table to finish our day out in Pickering. On arrival, we were taken to our seat and asked which drinks we would like. We asked for Tiger bottles, they brought us it in glasses, it was flat. We ordered our food, on arrival of the starter, it was full of salt, that is all we could taste, not only on 1 starter but 2. On arrival of our main, Fillet Steak sizzling dish, the meat was un chewable and fatty, fillet steak should have no fat in it. It tasted dreadful. The sirloin steak we ordered was the same again, not what we ordered. The chicken was Grey! We asked to speak to management regarding the poor quality food the lady was really unprofessional!
