"I've not been to a Frankie Benny's for a long time.. Out was always a guarantee of bad service and food Times have changed went to the Longwell Green restaurant after a movie and had a great time. The place has been refitted is bright modern and clean. The staff were all excellent, helpful and friendly. The food was great without exception. A airfield shot put to the kids menu which is actually fun and appealing.. Normally we let the kids order adult food as many places just offer nugget and beans. Kudos for a varied kids menu and different portion sizes.. And vegan options! Any negative points? A couple. When we arrived there was a 20 minute wait.. But plenty of empty tables I felt as if it was a ploy to get us into the bar to order extra drinks. It worked. The only other slightly negative point was the long wait between the starter (which came within minutes) and the main course which took about 40 minutes."

This is a lovely place to bring your family or a date. From the outside, it may resemble a typical shopping center, but once inside Frankie & Benny’s, you’ll find a fantastic menu that has something for everyone. I celebrated my birthday here on Monday, and from the moment we walked in, we had an incredible experience. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family. Our server, John, was outstanding and truly made our night special—he went above and beyond, even singing "Happy Birthday" to me despite my embarrassment! We had a fantastic time, and the food—and the cocktails—were absolutely delicious. I can't wait to return soon!

First time I have been to Frankie Benny's for breakfast and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious. Prices were okay, a little more than I would normally pay, but the food was worth it I also had the taste card, which can be used on breakfast items so it made the meal cheaper. Was very clean and tidy. The server was very efficient and he was friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating, Plenty of parking outside. Would definatly come back for another visit!
