"Booked this restaurant because we were going to the Palladium. Good service. Our main course was very good, only problem one order was crispy chicken which came in a burger, not as ordered. I ordered fresh blueberries with compote and yogurt as my dessert, waitress brought me a blueberry cheesecake, when I said not what I ordered was told that it was the only blueberry thing on the menu. I eat some of it but didn't enjoy it. When our bill was brought to us I queried it the waiter knocked the price of the dessert off the bill. But was not very impressed with the attitude of the waitress."

Booked breakfast for 11.30 for a party of six. We were all fed and out in 50 minutes. Plenty of time for our pantomime booking at 1.00. Service was very good.

Chain restaurant. Save your time and money. Food over cooked, wait staff inattentive seemingly expecting you to download their app pay your bill online. Uh,... no thanks. You will not regret going elsewhere.

Booked for a quick bite after the Panto. It did the job. The waiter was excellent but he was let down by the kitchen as they forgot my 4 year olds order. It came eventually and he enjoyed it. My burger was tasty but the portion you fries you get with the meal was very small. Overall, an OK experience.

We arrived early for our booking and were seated within 2 minutes. Excellent service from Ashley our waiter for the evening. The food was good quality and not too long to wait for it to arrive. We had vouchers to use for discount and Ashley explained it all in great detail to us. He was friendly and helpful and kept us informed of how long the food would be etc

Delicious food, generous portions and outstanding value for money with our Groupon voucher. Drinks are a little pricey and it was about a 10 minute wait for our drink order to be taken but after that the service was incredibly fast. I very much enjoyed my meal there and highly recommended the Cookie Dough ice cream sundae. Thank you for making our meal great : .
