Unfortunately, despite having made a reservation through OpenTable, the restaurant had no record of it. Fortunately, they weren't busy and were able to seat us. The food was good, but the service was slow, likely due to being understaffed.

Very good service. We were served by Chris who couldn't do enough for us. I had four children with me and the food was lovely and service impeccable. The children's menu was also very good value and empty plates all around! Would definitely visit again!

My son has several allergies, so I was thrilled to find that you offer a gluten-free and vegan children’s menu. The kitchen prepared his food separately in the oven to prevent cross-contamination, which really put my mind at ease. The staff was fantastic and really made my six-year-old son’s day. Thank you!

Me and my family come for breakfast here every Saturday. The service we receive from Leah the waitress is outstanding. She’s always happy to help and makes everyone feel welcome, she is a credit to the staff !! Also the guy who serves the beverages is great, he brings our drinks over without us even ordering and gets it spot on every time !

Came today and received great service, was a short wait for food, but not unbelievably bad. It was very busy and had a great atmosphere for families, we sent the children to the Barman, who occasionally commanded drinks to inflate them some balloons and he did it without effort what a true gentleman! Our waitress was beautiful. Food was hot and my milkshake was fantastic, go for the Freak Shakes!!! Speisekarte ansehen

Didn't have the steak I wanted for my salad which is fair enough cos I was offered a different steak to go on it fine but when the bill came the meal was suppose to be 12.50 I was charged 16.99. The steak was awful anyway, the salad was dying on the edges and dried out. The service was very slow considering there was only about 6 tables to serve. I also noticed the tops of the tables get wiped clean but look at the edges

Came here (Newport Road restaurant) with my girlfriend for the start of a date night. We were greeted by a lovely waiter called Chris, who quickly led us to a seat and took our drinks orders. His service was very fast, especially so considering there were 3 large groups in the restaurant already. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was friendly yet quick from start to finish. We look forward to coming back here, great guy and great food.

We attended a wedding celebration and took advantage of a Groupon deal for a two-course meal for £30, which allowed us to save £36 on our total bill—truly fantastic value! The menu offered plenty of options, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Our server, Courtney, was exceptionally kind, especially considering it was only her second day on the job. The chef, Matt, was outstanding and even crafted rose shapes out of our tomatoes. Overall, we experienced first-class customer service and top-quality food, which was cooked to perfection.
