"I made a reservation three months in advance and we drove three hours to enjoy a family dinner before an Ed Sheeran concert. When we arrived, the staff at the front of the restaurant informed us that they had no record of our booking and seemed entirely indifferent about the situation. I'm not sure if the issue was with OpenTable or something else, but it was very disappointing."

We had dinner with our two children the night before an event at Wembley. Given the busy atmosphere due to the events at the arena, our server was fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was prompt, and we really appreciated the extra attention. Overall, it was a great experience!

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."

"Where better to have a full English halal breakfast than Jasmine's. An excellent menu a variety of options . At £9 you get 2 x sausages, turkey bacon, beans, hash brown, scrambled eggs, toast and mushrooms. Delicious too. Did not have to wait long to be served and for the food to arrive. Great service too. Latte was good too as we're the hot chocolates. Just under £60 for a family of 5 is solid value. As it was Sunday you can park on a nearby road. Only minor quibble for the management to take on board is it was a little cold inside perhaps have some heaters nearby."

"This Is a cafe absolutely on top of its game. I am a regular there. The food is immaculately cooked. Hot. Well presented. Proper expressp cappuccino if you must. Real pride and happiness from the owner. He is doing amazing business with Uber eats and deliveroo. Well done him and team. I absolutely love this superb example of its genre. One request. "Delicious food, my second time eating here and I will return! Only slight niggle was that the samosas were cold in the middle as they had clearly come out of the freezer and deep fried it's totally fine that they were frozen obviously but would've been nice if they were warmed right through to the middle. Apart from that, very tasty indeed!"

"I had a wonderful experience at this cafe with amazing coffee, tea, cakes, and meals. I went for breakfast/brunch on a Sunday morning and was highly impressed by the variety and quality of the menu. The service was exceptional and the freshly ground coffee was delicious. I tried a unique option, the rose and beetroot latte, which was surprisingly tasty. The eggs royale I ordered was perfect, with poached eggs, fresh muffins, and delicious salmon and hollandaise sauce. Overall, this is a great spot for light bites, coffee, and more."
