"'Crust ' is a very apt name, because that is the majority of what you get! I don 't like to leave bad reviews and the pizzas were not bad, and such, more disappointing. I just wanted to give an honest appraisal for those who may be expecting too much. Having waited a few days to obtain a seemingly coveted takeaway slot our expectations were high. After a day on the beach we were all hungry and eagerly awaited our takeaway. The pizzas do taste good but the toppings are minimal. One bite per slice contained topping, the rest is overdone crust. They are also fairly small. Nice but just overhyped and overpriced."

"Firstly, lets start with the good things. We were sat in the window with absolutely stunning views! We visited on a Sunday for father's day, to be told it was only roasts on the menu. This wasn't a problem and the beef, lamb and nut roast was not awful. The roast potatoes were some of the best I'd had in a while. However, after being seated we had to wait about 30mins for drinks, and that was after we ended up going to the bar and asking for drinks. We then placed our food at the same time. Then we waited and waited for around another hour before we received our food, with no other drinks orders being taken. If this was a busy restaurant then I'd maybe understand. But we were one of four tables. The table next to us received starters and then mains before we received anything. More often than not there was no staff member behind the bar or front of house. The waitress was doing her best as they were clearly short staffed, but the wait on food was not her fault. We were understanding they were short, but there was only 4 tables, we shouldn't have had to wait as long as we did. Roasts are one of the easiest things to do and turn around quickly, and considering it was father's day and for the prices we would have expected better. It was £23 for two courses, we were all looking forward to having dessert but because the main took so long to arrive we all decided it was too late and didn't really want to wait any longer for dessert, so we were charged £18 each for our roasts. One of the group last visited October 2022 and was blown away by the food and the service. I'm not sure if it's changed hands since then or what has changed but they really need to have a re think of their service, it's such a beautiful venue, just really let down by the wait and service. But as initially said the roast wasn't horrendous and everyone was so hungry that plates were all finished."

"not really sure when this place opened while my parents live in front of place, I have not many years. came on a Friday evening, it was almost used as a local pub, in the next season the whole city is quiet, so it was surprisingly rudding, and sometimes very loud was not really much segregation between restaurant and bar sitting. we had not booked, but waited for a table to be free. eating was nice, delicious and not crazy overpriced, and well presented. you could look at the introduction to the team uniform. branded hoodies not really cut it professional look!"

"I recently had brunch at this restaurant and had a wonderful dining experience. The prices were reasonable, ranging from £10 to £20 per person. I highly recommend trying the latte and brownie, as well as the avocado and coffee cake. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning to try more of their delicious dishes."

"While on holiday last week (middle of August/summer holidays), we ate at Glyn Y Weddw three times. The kids had a great time on the play area and we were able to get a table right by the play area, so we could keep an eye on the little one. The pub was obviously very busy at this time of year, so we were advised that our food would take 45-60 minutes, which was fine by us and the food was good. Definitely recommend this place for people holidaying in the area. Short walk to the beach afterwards too."
