located in the centre of Valladolid, the restaurant gabino is a quiet place with a contemporary kitchen and very pleasant to the palate. We went with family to eat with prior reservation (if not very difficult) on Sunday March and everything was, in general, very good and very nice. the very attentive staff, they explained to us the menu and the different menus that existed (we used cod season and there was special menu of it).
