"I've been pulling out here for years, I thought it was too much hype for a chain. but wow it was amazing! the service was perfection that was eating was incredible, the atmosphere was exactly right (no hot or cold, either what is a miracle for me and beyond that the bathroom was spotless and clearly checked by the staff. I always think that the condition of a bathroom can make or break a restaurant experience and it is often a stone some of the more expensive places rely on curveless, but not here. absolutely perfect to celebrate my birthday!"

it is a good restaurant, the service is great and the steak is delicious. the price exceeded the quality of the foods obtained. they have to pay extra just to have sauce on their steak, which is absurd.

I was before and as usual eating was amazing and as usual the service was brilliant. but our service this time was definitiw the best, we were served by federico, who was very friendly and attentive. he deserves all the praise he made our experience wonderful.

We used to come here 10+ years ago with original owners. It’s really gone down hill. Steak quality and cool ambiance has all gone. Thought we would give it a try as they just had a refurb. Would go somewhere else now for a steak. Shame but can’t see this chain lasting with all the competition now out there. Shame!
