Ich hatte das Vergnügen, den Super Bowl im Guller iRestaurant in Lahr zu erleben, und es war ein absolutes Highlight! Die authentische amerikanische BBQ-Küche war ein kulinarisches Vergnügen. I had the pleasure of experiencing the Super Bowl at the Guller iRestaurant in Lahr and it was an absolute highlight! The authentic American BBQ cuisine was a culinary delight. The atmosphere was exciting, the broadcast of the game on large screens left nothing to be desired, and the staff were always friendly and attentive despite the hustle and bustle. Super freundlicher Service, der Chef kommt zwischendurch an den Tisch. Das Essen ist fantastisch. So kenne ich BBQ. Ich hatte den Teller für eine Person, siehe Bild. Der Geschmack und die Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend und sehr gut. Die Wurst mit Jalapeños und Käse ist ein Gedicht. Die Schärfe kommt langsam, aber nicht zu heftig. Nur das Toastbrot, statt roh, wäre kurz auf dem Grill geröstet der einzige Punkt, den ich für die vollen 100 Punkte geben würde. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Update: Alles ist ein wenig größer geworden und auch die Auswahl an Speisen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, einschließlich der neuen Mitarbeiter. Das Essen ist noch besser geworden. Guten Nachmittag, nach einer langen Wartezeit auf eine Reservierung kam endlich dieser lang ersehnte Tag. Wir kamen mit einer Gruppe von 8 hungrigen Personen, die sich auf das Essen freuten, das so gehypt wird. Da uns gesagt wurde, dass nur bei fünf Personen Teller zubereitet würden, mussten wir Teller bestellen, bei denen ein Teller 160 Euro kostete. Ein Bild wurde hochgeladen. Was man auf dem Teller sah, war wirklich eine totale Enttäuschung und sehr, sehr trocken und nicht gut, abgesehen von den Würstchen, die bereits verschwunden waren. Das Fleisch schien uns, als wäre es schon lange dort. Und wie gesagt, wenn man gerne isst, weiß man, was gutes Essen ist, aber das hatte nichts mehr mit...

Since we are directly from the region and have a hobby of grilling/BBQ ourselves, we went to the Guller to understand the internet hype. (Basically, we are not people who would travel hundreds of kilometers across the world for food . Robert is someone who knows how meat works, for us the question was whether he (his team could deliver it to the masses at the same level. Visually/atmospherically, the restaurant has been in hibernation for a very long time. We were placed in the winter garden and it was uncomfortably cold, even when the door wasn 't open there was a draft. This definitely needs to be improved.
