"Quite possibly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The staff were friendly enough but seemed a bit clueless. Christmas Day menu included Turkey with all the trimmings. What I got was a couple of slices of some kind of Turkey per cent stuffing and percent whiter flavourless rubber meat masquerading as turkey. Trimmings' were a small bed of cabbage and broccoli and one (yes one) RAW boiled potato. It was my friends birthday as well as being Christmas day, so I chose not to complain about anything other than the raw potato. Staff apologised and brought me another poorly cooked (but not raw) boiled potato on a saucer about minutes after I had actually finished the meal! Having paid per head we were expecting to get a fairly decent lunch. With drinks and service charge that was added to the original payment upfront, we left lighter and hungry. Luckily we could laugh about the experience (the wine helped), but this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Don't waste your money, much better places nearby."

The food was excellent, but a bit pricey for a cheeseburger and pasta and a ste, unfortunately the restaurant was empty, so no ambiance, the service was excellent, and we will return

Overall the food and service was good. However my husbands steak was over cooked and had to be sent back to kitchen. We had all nearly finished our meal by the time his replacement came and although staff were apologetic was no offer of a discount. It was expensive for what it was.

Service was extraordinary. I appreciate it was Christmas Day, and the fact they were opened was very nice, and the fixed menu was well thought out with good options, but food was just ok, it seemed to have been prepared too far in advance and was a bit dry. But again, service was extraordinary.
