"Sono a St Tropez per il ponte del 2 giugno con amiche, passeggiando per la "citadelle" una di loro ha visto questo posto magico e ha deciso di prenotare. Siamo state accolte dal sorriso e dalla gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha accompagnato per tutta la serata. Il cibo è stato superlativo. Io ho preso la bourride (tipo bouillabaisse con salsa aïoli) le mie amiche: il tonno Rossini (specialità della casa con foie gras in padella con salsa di vino rosso ), tartare di carne, gamberi flambé al cognac, branzino fresco alla griglia di una freschezza rara! Contorni patate gratin e tian di legumi con patate saltate eccezionali.Per finire timballo di gelato alla meringa con salsa di lamponi, tortino al cioccolato con gelato di vaniglia, crumble con frutta di stagione con gelato di vaniglia, crema catalana.Da tornarci!"

In een toeristisch straatje toch nog een authentiek restaurant gevonden. Heerlijk gegeten, goede sfeer en aardige bediening. Zeker aan te raden.

We found this restaurant by chance The place is vibrant with a fantastic energy, Joel our host is charming and welcoming.The food is mediterranean my favorite was the burrata it was very fresh and delicious and the langoustine were just amazing.I highly recommend this restaurant.

Ho mangiato a pranzo il giorno 22 giugno in questo carinissimo ristorantino provenzale nei vicoli di saint tropez. Gentilissimo il proprietario che parla correntemente 3 lingue, ottimo cibo e piatti abbondanti. Ottimo anche il rosé delle zone circostanti che abbiamo provato. Es lohnt sich dieses Restaurant in einer Nebengasse aufzusuchen. Man wird vom Chef persönlich und freundlich bedingt und es ist sehr gemütlich! Der Koch ist ein Meister, das gegrillte Filet vom Rind und die Parmesansoße sind göttlich und das zu für st. Tropez angemessenen Preisen. Jederzeit wieder!

If you're looking for a relaxed, intimate place in the heart of St Tropez, where you can enjoy AMAZING food, go to Grenadine, 2min walk from the Port. We had the burrata, foie gras, salmon tartar, chevre chaud, they were all to die for! the fish and prawns were cooked to perfection. Service was excellent, people speak English and make you feel at home.Loved it !Georgia N

Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di una carissima amica al Ristorante Grenadine, nel cuore di Saint Tropez. Abbiamo mangiato tapenade fait maison, tartare di salmone, scampi saltati in salsa cognac, burrata più fresca che in Italia, fois gras con marmellata di cipolla caramellata, pasta con gli scampi, branzino ai ferri delizioso. Bien trop cher pour la prestation et surtout le cadre !Tout petit petit et pas propre.De plus on vous vend un poisson á 38 € et on vous compte la garniture á 6 € !!Le restaurant ne peut même pas pret entre á une vue typique de St Tropez.... Vius mangez au bord d’une ruelle sans prétention !Déjeuner pour 2 pax avec une bouteille de rosé, une ’petite’ salade et un poisson : 105 € ....Faut quand même pas pousser,À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT !,,,

Super repas supers plats un vrai moment de plaisir.nous étions 6 et tout le monde s'est régalé. Bourride ,salade crottin de chavignol, magret de canard, même le plat le plus simple était délicieux (tagliatelle, steak haché!). Les desserts idem une tuerie. Nous y reviendrons pour goûter le thon. Accueil chaleureux, agréable tant du patron que de la serveuse. Service ras, bonne prise en compte du client , ce qui est agréable dans notre région ,ça fait du bien . Bref à recommander sans hésitation. Un régal.

"It was the best of meals, The second, not so much. On the Wednesday evening we explained that we needed one gluten free meal. We were immediately handed over to a charming lady, who we took to be the proprietor. She assured us that she would confer with the chef. We ordered a “coquelet roti” with a cream and grape sauce and a fillet steak served without sauces. Chips were covered in gluten but the chef proposed a salad for the steak and the “coquelet” came with a Gratin Dauphinoise. All the food was delicious. The chicken was soft and sweet the sauce had a depth of flavour aided and abeted by the small bursts of sweet grape juice from the grapes within it. The steak was perfect; maximum of flavour from the seared outside, maximum of soft juiciness from the tender pink interior. Dessert was a fruit crumble that had not had the crumble added, pronounced delicious, and a crème broulee. The crème was not a traditional baked vanilla egg custard. It tasted like a flour based preparation and was devoid of vanilla. All in all, the service had been attentive and the food mostly great. We determined that we would return for a second meal and looked forward to it.Mistake! Sunday evening, the waitress remembered us, and promised to check for gluten free food. She checked the Champaign sauce that was served with the Salmon. We could not have it. She was not aware that the rice, the dauphinoise and the chips all contained gluten. She suggested salad. We said that would be fine. The Dorade Royale, one of my favourite fish was sold out but they could offer Sea Bass. O.K., that would do. The salad delivered with the dry salmon was a simple bag mix of leaves, not the fresh mixed salad it had been four days before. It had brown stalks and tasted stale. The fish was undoubtedly the worst cooked fish I have ever been served. It had clearly been laid on a metal tray and placed under an electric grill. It had not been turned or moved until it was served. Consequently, the top skin was like leather. It defied my efforts with the serrated knife provided to cut through it. I had to prize it off to get to the very dry fish beneath. A simple glaze of oil would have ensured that the skin became crispy and a delicious part of the fish. It would also have ensured that the (Chef?) remembered to turn the fish under the grill. When I turned the fish on the plate, the lower side skin was a soggy mess where all the juices had soaked it through. Scraping it off, the second fillet was edible, despite the attentions of the chef. We told the waitress what was wrong with our food. She said she would tell the chef. We don’t know if she did. We did not see him."
