Stayed overnight as part of a larger trip. Lovely clean room good food friendly staff. Easy to get to and well located for Peak Village.

Went on Boxing Day. Great food, nice atmosphere and excellent service from Julie and Sarah. New manager has certainly turned things around.

Tony was most helpful and professional this morning. Served a hot tasty breakfast. Most welcome as the night before we had a poor evening meal so this complimentary breakfast was most appropriated. Sam the assistant manager last night was also attentive and organised this welcome surprise this morning. Thank you for doing your best to make up for last night’s meal.

Annual wedding anniversary trip a great location, and clearly, there's been major investment on the interior. It's a shame the same investment hasn't been made to the caravan site, which is scruffy, a little dirty, and in real need of refurbishment. In general terms the staff were great apart from the girl that checked us in I requested a pitch closer to the shower block, only to be told that the site was fully booked the site clearly wasn't fully booked all weekend, and our request could easily have been granted poor and unacomodating customer service skills. A real shame as our stay was otherwise brilliant, having great walks to Chatsworth and Bakewell, and having a pub/restaurant on site... Speisekarte ansehen
