When I called to complain, I first spoke with a woman who seemed new and didn't know much, so I was transferred to another employee who was very rude. He tried to claim I was at a different address and said they always have problems with me, even though I am not at the address he mentioned. He abruptly hung up on me."

I was very disappointed with the food because the food quality is very poor, received less meat and too much chips which gone to bin.didn’t get any sauce or tissue.

I have ordered from here on multiple occasions. Always ordering the spicey donner meat and chips. By far the best in bedford. Have not found anywhere there does better spicey donner meat. Definitely ordering again soon

It was a busy Saturday night at the restaurant and the staff appeared to be under pressure. Unfortunately, the portion of chips with cheese was not satisfactory as there were only a few strands of cheese on the chips for an additional £1.70. Speisekarte ansehen

Ignored me upon arrival this evening, could see they was delealing with delivery orders, after couple minutes I asked are they still open to which I was told No we closed now. It was 10.30pm. Will nor make an effort for this place again if they don't want orders.

The restaurant is dirty and unsanitary, with workers handling cash without washing their hands before touching food. The portions are small, and every time I have eaten here, I have experienced stomach issues for up to two days later. I will not be dining here again.

Delivery came within time stated and arrived hot. Food was delicious! Never tried a veggie kebab before and it didn't disappoint, hubby had a mixed kebab which he said was tasty. The fish pakoras had a light crispy batter with fluffy fish inside. Chilli sauce and chips also went down well. Great service and food was so good. Will be ordering again. Speisekarte ansehen

Ordered two waffles and two milkshakes, Took over an hour to arrive and there was barely enough ice cream to cover the waffle. Upon sipping the milkshakes they were extremely sour and gone off! They had lumps in and made me violently ill! Called the restaurant they couldn’t even admit the cream or the milk was seriously gone off! Don’t order from here unless you want to be very sick!

This is a change of review,,,, ordered at 5.15 said it would be here by 6.15 I then called at 6.30 being told my food just left to then call back at 7 being told the same thing,,,, I don't mind waiting if I'm told a eta but to be an hour late with no call to say so is a joke.... I have now cooked my kids dinner so it will end up being heated tomorrow scrap that it's burnt on turning up
