Estupendo sitio, la comida espectacular siempre sorprende y el servicio genial. Los camareros siempre son muy atentos y amables. Uno de los mejores sitios para comer o cenar en Madrid.

Disappointed, food is over priced specially for the quality, the gumbo was poor on the ingredients and left restaurant still hungry. Wont come back again, the alligators meat balls were more like the alligators testicles. Ended up going to burger king after our meal.

Ate at Gumbo on 2 occasions on our recent trip to Madrid. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Menu was excellent and a welcome change to Tapas. The restaurant was frequented by locals and a few tourists. Have no problem giving them 5 stars. Hope to visit again when we next visit Madrid. Thank you. Speisekarte ansehen

Unfortunately, I didn't try the Gumbo, but the menu del dia was fantastic and quite the bargain. The meat dish with mashed potatoes is a stand-out as well as the rice pudding (they even give you the whole canela shaker to apply as much spice as you like). Two hearty courses, plus dessert and vino for less than 15 Euros is enough to make me a repeat customer.

As far as Cajun food goes, this place is pretty authentic! The service was very fast, and exceptionally friendly! They also have menus in English. I would go early, as the inside is rather small, so the table space can be a bit limited. However, the ambiance is gorgeous, and very comfortable! Definitely a good place for a lunch date! You won't be disappointed!

as I am much to see something and wish it more than anything in this world, I wanted to try the cajun food after a program of the cook hai oliver by new orleans and luisiana. In that way, I searched for restaurants in Madrid that satisfied my yearning to try some fried green tomatoes and found gumbo, in the street of the fish, in the neighborhood of malaana. the decoration is nice and the relaxed atmosphere.
