"we went on a Sunday for a fast meal as we were busy all day, so we could be one and out for a fast meal. it took some time until the meal arrived. both meals were not properly cooked. the waitress was new and fought (not a problem normally) and did not check whether our meal was in order, what I thought was one of the first things to be taught. we heard the kitchen had to fight. we had a problem to win the attention of everyone and had to wait until the end of the meal when we were willing to say something about the quality of the meal. the person responsible, due to the difficulties, drew a fee from the bill, but I would rather have had a good quality meal and experience. because of the delays we were too late for a date."

The food was adequate but lacked any flair. Ice cream sundaes were served in warm glasses so that the ice cream had started to melt when the sundae reached the table. The salad bar (the highlight of a Harvester) was very depleted but this could be due to delivery problems. Will visit again but not in a hurry to do so.

My friend and I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant again today. I use a wheelchair, and as I approached the entrance, an employee kindly opened the doors for me. It was a warm and friendly greeting. We were seated in the bar area, which had ample space for my chair. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The variety of dishes offered was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Highly recommended.

Both of our meals were not cooked properly. The waitress seemed inexperienced and didn't check on the quality of our meals. We overheard that the kitchen was struggling with the workload. It was difficult to get anyone's attention and we had to wait until the end of the meal to express our concerns. The manager did deduct some amount from the bill due to the issues we faced, but we would have preferred a better dining experience overall. The delays also caused us to be late for an appointment.
