"Living in London, I frequently do trips back to Paris, my hometown and have now become a regular of this wonderful spot in the Passage Verdeau. My lunches at Holybol are always highlights of my trip, I've learned to miss it ad crave it whenever I'm back in London, which says a lot. The food is fresh and the selection is vast so there's a lot to taste and experience. It's relatively rare to find Thai restaurants in Paris, let alone a good one. This one is a real gem as the chefs are actually thai, and it's cleverly paired with a selection of french patisseries, and who doesn't love that. The service is welcoming, friendly and efficient, especially for such a large establishment that has to work at office lunch speed. I'll keep coming back at every Parisian visit and truly hope some day you'll open in London. Merci"

Emplacement tranquille dans le passage verdeau avec terrasse ou très jolie salle à l'étage. Accueil très courtois, service attentionné. Excellents bols délicatement parfumés et desserts maison.

Service très lent, produits de base sur vendu... à éviter sauf en cas de fin du monde ! Je n'ai évidemment pas testé tout les produits, mon compte en banque (et ma fierté) ne l'aurait pas supporté :-/

I love this place! The Bols are copious and we have the choice of fillings. It is true that 16€ the bowl and 21€ the formula dessert it makes a little expensive. But the place is very nice (Passage Verdeau and excellent pastries : Speisekarte ansehen

Que dire de ce petit coin sous le passage Verdeau... Un accueil chaleureux, de bons conseils et de très bons bols préparés avec des produits frais... huuuum.Le patron est d'une gentillesse et très courtois. Une adresse que nous retenons et conseillons.

Je n’étais pas venu par hasard, j’avais repéré l’endroit dans une chronique du Monde. D'abord il fait frais, ça compte alors que la touffeur du passage Verdeau pourrait tout gâcher. La fraîcheur se prolonge dans les bols. Ça craque ça croque, ça crisse, ça croustille le parfum en plus. C’est gentiment thaï, mais c’est surtout un plat direct qui vous tient l’après-midi. Une noria d’étudiantes sympathiques en costume de serveuse expédie le tout, le midi il faut que la clientèle défile. Le soir je ne sais pas.
