excellent all, salmon tartar, apples, cucumber and duck tomato and foie gras. the ice crumble with pistachio is also excellent. while for the courtesy of the two girls who welcomed us there is no price. really recommended

Formule is very reasonable! Beef Bavette with roasted potatoes and vegetables was superb , meat quality as good as organic , and grain fed , perfect seasoning , entree cheese plate plentiful enough for 2 people , wine inexpensive and great ! Speisekarte ansehen

I visited hugo a few years ago and I wasn't impressed even if the food was good. But now it seems to have changed the owner and the food was amazing (I had duck and ice ✱ it was 40° to bet) and the service was very careful. music is "a little" strong, but it's my only negative comment. enjoy your meal there.

make it simple, good and affordable? Then you must not hesitate to go to hugo. recommended by my friend who is a follower of this restaurant we were not disappointed at all. very nice day dish, small room, service exclusively provided by the direction. glass of wine and digestive were very appreciated, thanks. We discovered this little restaurant by chance. small cocooning room very pleasant. Once fat and then stirred with jacque sts, the plates are very tasty (although not given but are quite normal seen the refined dishes that are served us.) damage that the server did not guide us or be very affable. very good address despite all I recommend.

first impression: not very good. an average welcoming server but despite this, we have patiently waited to be installed. The feeling of annoying the server (which seems to be part of the proprio family) continues and despite a minimal politicty, we really feel that finally, the server makes us the honor of serving us. sincerely, we were two fingers to get up and leave. On the other hand, the dish was really excellent for an honest price given the quality of the products. But it's not for all scholarships.Conclusion: even if it's very good, I prefer to give my money to nice people!

Small, 20 seats. One server who was excellent and maybe 2 staff in the kitchen. The menu was diverse. We started with the salmon Tartare which had a wonderful flavor that I was previously unfamiliar with but which we loved. My wife had a beautiful shellfish dish, and I had a piece of beef, cooked exactly as I asked for it and with a marvelous sauce of fois gras. They cut and fry the chips just before bring served. The room has soft but very enjoyable blues playing throughout the evening. The server could not have been more professional.
